Kaydop’s Camera Settings vs. Experts’ Opinion
The experts in any field always come up with a specific formula for success. There are specific values that experts prescribe for use when playing the Rocket League. Not all players stick to these values since they are not one-size-fits-all.
Does Kaydop stick to these values? We will see in the next few paragraphs as we compare his settings with the experts’ opinions.
Camera Swivel Speed – When your car turns while playing the game, your camera follows. The swivel speed determines the speed of the camera turn. 2.5 is the default setting on the game and for the experts, this seems just fine. However, many play around 1.0 to 10.0. Kaydop sets his swivel speed at 3.20.
Camera Stiffness – This feature determines how stiff your camera is while playing. Check the default settings and you’ll see 0. The experts believe that 1.0 is best as it ensures that the camera locks on the car. Kaydop is not too far from this as he prefers to use 0.70.
Camera Angle – With this feature you can determine the angle at which the camera will face your car. The default figure is -3 degrees. Adventurous experts may take it to -5 but many stick to the default figure. Kaydop is one of such less-adventurous players.
Camera Height – This feature helps you determine the height of the camera in relation to the position of your car. Experts think the best value is the default that sits at 100. A few others raise it to 110 or even 120. Kaydop uses 110, stamping his personality as exceptional.
